Local Architect and consultant coordination, design intent protection, architectural, MEP and signage documentation, DOB filings and agency review.
Procurement & Tender Management
Vendor bidding, millwork coordination, shop drawing review, material approvals, FF&E procurement coordination and long-lead item monitoring.
Construction Execution
General Contractor coordination, weekly owner and contractor meetings, RFI and change order review, budget forecast updates, schedule recovery planning and site inspections.
Store Opening
Punch list management, fixture installation coordination, final inspections, Certificate of Occupancy follow-up, staff walkthrough and grand opening support.
Project Close-Out
Warranty coordination, outstanding item tracking and final close-out documentation.
